Bus., Founder and Global Chief Executive of Malichi Group Worldwide (MGW) a world-class global business strategic advisory, deal facilitation, and trade finance firm that partners with U.S. and Foreign-based small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), governments, and financiers seeking strategic trade and commerce opportunities in diverse international business markets; confirm that: (________________________________________________) based in Country of Origin:(____________________________________) is duly appointed as an Independent Contractor Representative to Find; global strategic partners, international trade deals, strategic cross-border opportunities, and consulting projects in the Trade and Services; Manufacturing and Distribution; Oil, Gas, and Mining; Global Trade and Export Financing sectors, Refer; principals of U.S and Foreign-based small-and-medium-sized enterprises, chief decision-makers, government leaders, and financiers to MGW’s (i) international strategic advisory and counsel, (ii) private coaching, strategy and international business development, (iii) deal-making, facilitating trade and investment linkages, and (iv) sourcing financial transaction services, Promote; MGW global virtual board of directors, seminars, roundtables, and global speaker services, Identify; trade and export financing, receivables funding, and purchase order (PO) financing deals on behalf of MGW.

MGW requires Independent Contractor Representatives proposing to do business with us to keenly be aware of the global requirements placed upon them to understand the local intelligence, and foreign companies seeking to market, buy and sell products and services for their local markets. MGW in compliance with the International Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Patriot Act, and our approval criteria supports a global marketplace. MGW recommends that all businesses, governments, investors, and individuals understand the trade requirements for their sector or business segment prior to contacting MGW.
All decisions regarding the acceptance of any offer or final approval of engagement of MGW global business services shall be approved solely by Dr. Toby Malichi. Commissions and/or Fees due (____________________________________) will be paid by MGW. This part-time position is not a salary job; Commission Only! Independent Contractor Representative is responsible for their own taxes, health care benefits, travel and entertainment expenses, and any other ancillary or miscellaneous fees associated with the cost of doing business.
